2026 Mission Focus — Partnership
One word the department is holding onto this year.
The word we are holding this year is "partnership." We want to move beyond a supporting relationship into one where we plan together and carry responsibility together.
Three Objectives
- Establish twice-yearly video calls with local church leaders
- Include local input at the planning stage, not after
- Make financial reporting two-way — we share our own spending as well
It will not be easy. We are accustomed to being the giving side, not to deciding together.
