Challenge — Sustainability of Support
Broadening a support base that rests on too few members.
A large share of our mission support currently rests on a small number of members. We are grateful, but it is not sustainable.
This year's challenge is shifting toward a structure where more members participate, even in small amounts. We will measure the number of participants rather than the total figure.
