SET2026 Field Report — Week 1
Sixty children came every day during the team's first week.
Programs began the day after arrival. Twice the expected number showed up, so the team split the classes on the spot.
The Korean-language workbooks we brought ran out, so each night the team makes more by hand alongside local teachers. Paper and colored pencils are the most urgent need.
