Hmong Children's Summer School
Thirty children filled the classroom all summer long.
We met Tuesday and Thursday afternoons for six weeks. For children with nowhere in particular to go over the break, it became both a study room and a playground.
Because most of the parents work late on the farms, we ended each day by eating dinner together and driving the children home.
